How I handle it? I don't know, it's kind of depends on what your inmate's like, honestly, and I'm pretty sure they've got different issues to handle.

Try to build up a rapport with him, I guess. Make sure he sees you as someone he can trust and who'll stick up for him if things go badly, but also make sure he knows you're not someone he can push around, either. It's kind of a difficult line to walk, but you'll figure out what works for you both.

...You gotta understand. I'm the "Law" part of the Law and Order equation. I...none of my family's ever done corrections.

Well. I wanted to introduce myself and set a few ground rules-let you know where I stand.

I'd like to start out by meeting every two weeks. If you don't follow the rules? we meet every week. I want to help you keep your privacy.

No need to ask the Admiral; I've had no interest in bikes for a long time. [The real Alex sure, but this Alex had no time for such things.]
